The super clean room included all necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed, desk, clothes rack, and shower. It also offered complimentary WiFi. I appreciated that the friendly employees were consistently available, ready to assist with directions and other inquiries. breakfast presented a nice balance between local pastries and a selection of healthy options. i found the location to be very advantageous, close to many facilities.
while decent, the room lacked any lovely features. the front desk service was not particularly friendly during my check-in process.

The room included a safe for valuables and blackout curtains ensuring a dark room. A hairdryer and complimentary toiletries were supplied in the bathroom. The shower had good water pressure. Fresh towels were provided daily. The air conditioning worked efficiently.

i found the location very central. the luggage storage worked well, particularly as i had a late flight. i appreciated the library room that provided a relaxing space when the weather became too hot.
the bedroom windows had an internal green bulb. i needed to request assistance from the front desk to turn it off.

this hotel is close to two metro stops, restauradores and rossio. baixa is within walking distance through a shopping area. many restaurants are in the area. tram 28 is also nearby.

Location was prime to everything. The staff stored my bags because I got there early. The room was compact though efficient.
The room lacked space, you know. Curtains didn't block out much light, a big problem. This place felt overpriced, truth be told, given its basic offerings.
